The 100K House Project is Postgreen's first LEED Platinum development in Philadelphia and serves as a case study to prove that green can be affordable.

Current
100K House
For postgreen’s first residential project we are trying to design and build a modern and green urban house that can be built for only $100,000. Check out our progress in detail at www.100khouse.com.
Future
Postgreen intends develop the following types of projects in the next five years in the Fishtown, Kensington and Northern Liberties neighborhoods of Philadelphia:
- small scale residential projects consisting of unique, modern and green living spaces
- commercial and mixed-use buildings along the developing Girard Ave and Frankford Ave corridors
- low to moderate income housing with modern and green design to keep our artists, entrepreneurs and working class in the neighborhood
