Avant Garage

Four homes with garages in the Postgreen style. We’ve transformed the typical garage space into a flexible open work/play space. On top of that rest a new split-level floorplan from ISA that boast 12′ ceiling heights in the living room and leads to views of the city from a rooftop deck.

Two point Five beta

The Two point Five beta is the first 3-story house built by Postgreen Homes. It gets it’s name from a half 3rd story Master Suite that leads onto a partial roof deck terrace.

Past

Skinny Project

Three new homes by Postgreen seeking LEED Platinum while implementing Passive House strategies of extreme energy efficiency. The project is named after a new “Skinny” Postgreen Home model designed by ISA for lots as narrow as 13′. The Skinny Project was complete in July of 2010.

Passive Project

LEED Platinum was not a lofty enough target. Now the Postgreen team is shooting for the Passive House standard of extreme German energy efficiency. These two homes also included the first Solar PV arrays of any Postgreen Home.

100K House

For postgreen’s first residential project we are trying to design and build a modern and green urban house that can be built for only $100 psf in construction costs. Check out our progress in detail at www.100khouse.com.

Future

Awesome Town

Postgreen partners with local non-profit, NKCDC, to bring an awesome mixed-income to Fishtown. LEED Platinum, Passive House Certification and Net Zero Energy are all possibilities for this 14-unit project.

Untitled Condos

We want to build some condos. We’re not sure where and when yet, but they will be full of awesomeness and offer some of the most affordable Postgreen units to date yet. Be excited.

South Philly Rehabs

Postgreen is targeting a few select shells to rehab in an up and coming neighborhood in South Philly. There will be a few units available as sales and a few as rentals. Begin your anticipation.
