I would liketo suggest that the 3 p’s are rather People Planet Prosperity.
Prosperity is way more powerful thatn profit. profit leads to greed whereas Prosperity cannot. You heard it hear first.

A great read on the triple bottom line and the economic benefits that can result is "Green to Gold" by Dan Esty and Andrew Winston. It is a book more focused on the impact large multi nationals can have because of their size but the lessons are also appropriate for smaller ventures.
